【江戸城：梅林坂の梅】

梅林坂は、江戸城本丸と二の丸を結ぶ坂道です。
家康以前の江戸城主：太田道灌が菅原道真の霊夢を見たことから
江戸城内の梅林坂上に、江戸の守護神として歓請し「平川天神」を祀った。そして、道真ゆかりの「梅の木」を数百株植えたことか「梅林坂」の名がついたとされる。現在は約50株の紅白の梅が植えられている。
江戸城内のため、江戸庶民には知られざる梅の名所であったそうです。
「平川天神」は徳川家康入城後、本丸修築のため平川門外に奉遷、秀忠による

江戸城増築に際して現在の地に遷座した。＜『平川天満宮』千代田区平河町1－7－5＞地名を平河町とされた。

【二の丸庭園の「諏訪の茶屋」】　　　

江戸時代には吹上地区にあった。現在の建物は明治45年に再建されたもの。明治期の茶室風の建物として、優雅な外観の純和風建築で、皇居東御苑の整備に当たり、現在地に移された。＜宮内庁所管の皇居付属庭園です。

【Edo Castle: Plum Blossom Saka Plum】

Umebayashi is a slope that connects Edo Castle Honmaru and Ninomaru.

On the bamboo Sakagami in Edo Castle, we wished as a guardian deity of Edo and worshiped "Hirakawa Tenjin". And it is said that it was planted hundreds of plum trees in accordance with Michizane "Umebayasaka". Currently about 50 plants of red and white plums are planted.
It is said that it was a place of plums unknown to the Edo people, because it is in Edo Castle.
"Hirakawa Tenjin" is after Tokugawa Ieyasu entrance, proceeding outside the Hirakawa gate for Honmaru's renovation, by Hidetada

I entered the present place when Edo castle was expanded. <"Hirakawa Tenman-no-mi" 1-7-5 Hirakawacho Chiyoda-ku> The place name was considered Hirakawacho.

【Ninomaru garden "Suwa no Chaya"】

It was in the Fukiage district during the Edo period. The current building was rebuilt in the Meiji 45 year. As a tea room style building in the Meiji era, it was a purely Japanese-style building with an elegant appearance, and it was moved to the present location in the maintenance of the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace.
