小江戸川越春祭り2018
Edo Kawagoe Spring Festival 2018

3月31日（土）川越市の蓮馨寺の境内にてオープニングセレモニーが行われた。当寺は、小江戸川越七福神が祀られている神社の一つ。
七福神のうち、福禄寿様が祀られている霊場である。
室町時代に創建された徳川ゆかりの浄土宗寺院である。
参議院議員の片山たつき氏が挨拶している写真です。
小江戸川越春の舟遊は、4月1日（日）なので本日は無し。川越氷川神社裏の新河岸川河畔で行われますが残念でした。今年は通年よりも桜の開花が早かったため、もう、かなりの花びらが舞い散っており、川面には花びらがびっしりと敷き詰めた絨毯の様になっておりました。

Edo Kawagoe Spring Festival 2018

March 31 (Sat) An opening ceremony took place in the premises of Renkoji Temple in Kawagoe City. This temple is one of the shrines where the small Edo Kawagoe Shichigami is enshrined.
Among the Seven Lucky Gods, Mr. Fukuroku Isao is enshrined.
It is a Jodo sect temple built in Muromachi era Yukari Tokugawa.
It is a picture greeted by Mr. Tatsuki Katayama, a member of the House of Councilors.
Shodo Edo Kawagoe Spring boat race is on April 1st (Sun) so today is nothing. It is regrettable though it will be done on the banks of the Shinagawa River behind the Kawagoe Hikawa Shrine. As the cherry blossoms bloomed earlier this year, quite a petal is dancing and already dancing, and on the river side it looked like a rugged petal carpet.
